Meanwhile, the consulate has shamefully failed to provide him the full Assistance To Nationals funds they promised. And at 3-4 pm, join us as we mobilize in front of the consulate (556 5th Ave, NYC) to confront the consuls on their gatekeeping of the Assistance to Nationals (ATN) funds!
