Rutgers Model Congress

Thank you for your kind words, Charlie. We're so honored that you, and so many others, can take the time to attend and staff RMC.

Last month, for the second year in a row, I had the pleasure of speaking to a group of high school students at Rutgers Model Congress about the importance of hyperlocal journalism.

RMC is an incredibly popular educational conference hosted in our city by the Institute for Domestic and International Affairs, a phenomenal non-profit organization that is near and dear to my heart. When I was a college student, I served as a volunteer staff member at nine of these conferences, and now I am honored to continue helping out as a guest speaker.

The children are our future and it's great that New Brunswick hosts such a terrific opportunity for these students to expand their horizons and develop their skills. Thanks to everyone who makes these conferences possible, especially all of the Rutgers students who volunteer so much of their time and energy!

Excited to announce our new Executive Director for RMC 2019, Saher Bajwa! Our former Supreme Court director is beyond excited and we hope you are too. Thanks to Mary, Naweed, and Keana for a phenomenal RMC 2018.
