It's been awhile since I have introduced myself, and we have quite a few new faces around here. 🙌

I'm Vyctoria.

I'm the owner of Balanced Business Solutions, Enrolled Agent, and Mom to three. I have been in the accounting world for 7+ years and have been helping small businesses grow their business and plan out strategies to turn their business around for 2 years at Balanced Business Solutions.

I tend to stay busy when me and my team are not working on my clients work-- 3 kids will do that to you 😅, but have a passion for making the daily lives of business owners easier while doing something that I enjoy and love.

In my time in the accounting world, I have seen MANY different situations. I've dealt with books that were a mess (or more like a disaster), books that were non-existent, and books that were great, but just needed a little pick me up. I have collaborated with my clients to find out the goals they wanted for their business and align their financials to match those goals.

As an Enrolled Agent, I offer a dual purpose for my clients. Not only do you get a team that will manage your books, but you also have someone on your side if you run into problems with the IRS. My clients have the benefit of having someone who can represent them before the IRS and is well versed in tax law to be able to make sure we are getting the maximum deductions possible for their business.

While our main services are bookkeeping, accounting, and tax services we also offer a variety of other services such as payroll, QuickBooks migration, Registered Agent Service and more.

A High Yield Savings account is one of the most underrated, yet beneficial accounts we can set up as business owners because it makes our hard earned money work for us. The money you put in the account will earn interest at a higher rate that a regular savings account because the money is meant to sit in this account for a certain amount of time. We recommend having a HYSA for an emergency fund and for tax planning so that you are prepared for two events that are GOING to happen at some point in your business. In regards to taxes, maybe a little more often then we as business owners would like IYKYK 😅
