Emory Hill Construction is proud to have been selected by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Delaware to complete renovations at their Forrest Avenue facility in Dover, Delaware.

Led by Project Manager Matt Allen and Superintendent Dave Carasiti, the project includes a comprehensive interior and exterior renovation featuring new meeting and program spaces, upgraded building systems, accessibility improvements, a new garage door installation, roofing upgrades, site improvements, and other enhancements designed to support the organization's mission and future growth. The project also includes a new septic system, HVAC and electrical upgrades, and extensive interior finishes throughout the facility.

We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with an organization that makes such a meaningful impact in our community and look forward to bringing this project to a successful completion.
