Monday = deadlifts but with a twist. Superset with weighted pull-ups. Both felt much harder, but I got 325x6 reps and 25x4 reps. Couldn't quite hit those on the next two sets so I've got to stay at that weight and work on my conditioning for next time.

As the days of winter start to feel longer and colder, it's always nice to assuage the building internal cabin fever and eagerly look toward the future days of summer. In fact, making summer plans — and having something to look forward to — has often been a helpful remedy for my winter blues.
