Please take a moment to read the proposal we’ve developed and consider adding your name to our petition.
The French Quarter has the potential to stand as a beacon among historic districts in the United States. Yet motor vehicle access continues to strangle this potential and put lives at risk—not only as we witnessed on New Year’s Day, but on a continual basis.
Our vision offers a bold path forward: a French Quarter that prioritizes pedestrians and bicyclists while still accommodating essential motor vehicle access.
This proposal will not only add elegance to the Quarter, it will bring it more in line with its historic character.

The weather in New Orleans is unpredictable as life itself. We had a lot of people call in and cancel due to weather reports. These two brave souls still wanted to roll. The verdict? It didn’t rain a drop once we started the tour. Thanks for riding with us y’all! It was a pleasure meeting you!

One of the absolute joys of being a tour guide is reconnecting with guests. These folks took my tour 10 years ago. I recognized their faces, but once we chatted about our encounter with a local musician during the tour, the memories came flooding back. It was such a pleasure seeing y’all and reconnecting!!!
