In today's Gospel, Jesus shares the parable about seeds that fail to grow and seeds that do. Father, let us find rich soil in you and in our faith, that we may put down roots, be nourished by you, and produce fruit to glorify you throughout our time on this earth!

It's Tuesday with Therese! St. Therese of Lisieux, the patron saint of TEC, wrote:

"I saw the sea for the first time wen I was about six or seven, and the sight impressed me so much I could not turn my eyes away. It was so majestic! And the voice of the waves spoke to my soul of God's power and grandeur."

God, we see you in all things, especially nature. As we spend time in the world you built for us, help us to hear your voice in your creation just as Therese did. We praise you and thank you for your mountains, beaches, forests, oceans, plains, and all that you have made!
