Over 60% of the S.A.D ( 😔Standard American diet ) calories are obtained from Ultra processed food . The average American eats 160 pounds of sugar a day ! 44 year olds should not be dying of cancer !

A big significant event does not need to happen for trauma to be created . The body literally keeps score of everything. From
The moment we are born how are needs are met, how we are made to feel safe by our caretakers and people we are in relationships with .

The brain is built to seek pleasure and avoid pain. 95% of what we do, how we think is all done by our subconscious. Only 5% of what we do is conscious.

Understanding this among other things like ego , attachment theory , object and emotional permanence is a great way to start your healing/awakening journey.

Smart carb , lean protein , healthy fat and veggies . All portioned and ready to go for my mans busy 50 hr week at work . We tagged teamed this and took about an hour . You can sub out the rice for any smart carb ( 1/2) cup or cupped handful portioned.
