This family has been going through a very difficult time and transition with everything and sadly, they are in no shape to be able to take care of his dog. Her name is Rosie 🌹 She happens to be the SWEETEST Basset Hound I have ever met in my life! Although Basset hounds are all around AMAZING dogs on their own.
