It is with great sadness that I have to close down Pawsitively Purrrfect Grooming. I am left in an unfortunate situation and have to sell my home in which I groom. I have however been given the greatest opportunity and welcomed with open arms where Dominique is grooming at The Doggie Salon. Effective 11/6/2024 I will be moving my schedule to be grooming there. I hope that you all will be willing to follow me over and I will try to make this transition as smooth for us all. I appreciate all you've given me in the last 13 months. We won Best of Florida a few months back which is incredible for a year old business. Thank you for your continued loyalty, this has been one of the best years working for myself. Even though I am filled with sorrow to end this chapter, I AM SO EXCITED TO BE WORKING WITH MY BEST FRIEND AGAIN.

Attention to our loyal customers:
Due to circumstances beyond our control, Dominique is no longer able to move forward with our company. We wish her the absolute best and hope her next adventure is as bright and wonderful as she is. We will miss her tremendously and I know all the pups she made beautiful will too!

With that being said, the business we have been building for a year has suddenly become all of my responsibility. I will be reaccessing our schedule over the next few weeks to figure out how I can take on her clients to accommodate everyone. Grooming is my number one priority and I will be doing my best to get everyone in and beautiful in a timely manor. I just have a few policies I will be putting in place as of immediately:

1. I will be requiring at least a two weeks notice for booking appointments. So please let me know two weeks before your pup is super shaggy. Pre booking future appointments may become necessary in the future to ensure everyone gets an appointment.
2. I am no longer accepting new clients. I appreciate all of the outpouring support and recommendations you have all given us. In the future, this will change.
3. I am now requiring a 24 hour notice for a cancellation. If you are unable to make it without giving me a 24 hour notice (true emergencies are an exception) so I can fill your spot in my very busy schedule, there will be a fee of half your grooming price. Due on or before your next appointment.
4. Effective August 1st 2024, there will be a $5-10 price increase. I have kept costs low because everything is rising and I didn't want pampering your babies to be put on the back burner by charging too much. I have tried to give 6 weeks notice before implementing this increase.

I truly hope that you can all understand the tough and necessary changes I have had to make. I am excited to see what this next chapter of Pawsitively Purrrfect Grooming brings me and my family. I hope to see you and your furry kids soon! Thank you for all your support and understanding through this transition.
