Baywood Meadows Condominiums

Apparently there is a leak according to Pasco County ubilities, management and associates authorized the water to be shut off. While they're looking for the leak and once they call back to Pascal county utilities, they will then turn it back on.

ATTENTION ALL RENTERS AND OWNERS!!!!

The Board sent out a packet with information stating if enough proxies are not returned and voting to keep the current lower monthly ,maintenance fees they will be going to almost 4 times the amount at approximately $2200-2300 per month. Please make sure to return your proxy. Renters....make sure the owners return them or they will be forced to raise their rent to cover these costs!!
