I received an email from a customer that I knew and had trimmed her Palms before. I hadn't heard from her for a few years and was surprised to get the email. She asked me to come over and give her a price for her Palms and oaks. When I got there and looked at the palms, it looked like a flock of woodpeckers had attacked them. Then I was told that the fellow that has been trimming them used spikes to get up there. These palms look horrible!

Just goes to show you get what you pay for.
