Prepping for a competition is HARD. Discipline doesn't come easy, but seeing your body transform like this makes every early morning, every workout, and every sacrifice worth it.
Prep started on 4/8 at 27.2% body fat.
As of 6/29, we are down to 23.8% body fat!
Progress so far:
💪 Fat loss: 6.23 lbs
🏋️ Lean body mass loss: 0.87 lbs
The goal isn't just to lose weight—it's to preserve as much muscle as possible while getting leaner. One day, one workout, one meal at a time. 💙
