If you have ever needed a water heater repair, a system upgrade, or a complex diagnostic, you have likely met Dalton. As a local who grew up in Tarpon Springs and a proud alumnus of Gulf High School, he has been a familiar face in the community for years.
Dalton serves as our primary resource for water heater installations, water softeners, and whole house conditioning systems. He is also one of our go-to experts for larger projects, including whole home re-pipes and sewer replacements. Whatever the challenge, Dalton is a skilled diagnostician who takes pride in getting the job done right.
While he is a dedicated professional, he definitely has a softer side, especially when it comes to his special inspector, Vino! As you can see in this picture of Dalton working under a vanity, Vino the resident's dog was right there in his lap, keeping a close eye on the job.
The guys say Vino always whines (which is why he was named Vino!), but this time, he was perfectly content supervising from his cozy spot. It is not often you see a smile like that on Dalton, but as the crew says, the inspector always gets his way.
When he is not busy solving plumbing issues (or keeping special inspectors happy!), Dalton is likely out on the water fishing or boating. He also spends his free time restoring vintage sports cars and enjoying the outdoors with his daughter. He is a proud supporter of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and always enjoys a good game.
Our customers frequently tell us that Dalton is at the top of his game, noting his courtesy, professionalism, and ability to clearly explain the solutions to their plumbing problems. We are grateful to have such a skilled expert on the Tom Shell Plumbing team.
Next time you see Dalton out in the community or working on a project at your home, make sure to say hello. You might even get a visit from his new favorite inspector!
