The Den

The Den is closed today (Monday) as we take a day to rest, reset, and catch up after an incredible week at Mind & Mat Camp and a busy weekend.
Regular classes resume tomorrow.

14 of us got up early and raced for a great cause. Running, jogging, and walking out way to the finish! Great way to start the weekend.

Kids 6.12.26

Morning HIIT 6.12.26

No classes Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Dojo is open tonight, Friday night for kids and ladies class.
We are closed Saturday for the RAP run and meeting at 7am if you want to join us.
Sunday closed as per usual. And Monday the 15th closed for clean up, maintainence and rest from the long camp week.

We started the day with HIIT with the teens from camp, and our regulars. Hope the girls liked it cause we're gonna do it again Thursday! :) 6.9.26

7pm Ladies BJJ
