Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey Pork Belly Cubes

Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork belly, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Add the pork belly cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Remove the pork belly cubes from the marinade and add them to the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook the cubes for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are browned and crispy.
Once all the cubes are cooked, remove them from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil. Serve the Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey Pork Belly Cubes as a delicious appetizer or as a main dish with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
