🚨 URGENT – ROCKY A5778327 NEEDS OUR HELP NOW 🚨
We just received word that Rocky (A5778327) at the Lancaster shelter in California is now past his deadline and in extreme danger.
Rocky is a 6-year-old Shepherd who appears to have completely given up. You can see it in his eyes and in the way he lies quietly in his kennel, waiting for a fate he doesn’t deserve. While the shelter continues to fill, Rocky’s time has run out.
But we are not giving up on him.
Trina & Friends K9 Rescue is working on a plan to save Rocky, but we need your help. Every rescue comes with expenses including transport, boarding, veterinary care, and supplies. Without support, dogs like Rocky have little chance.
Please consider donating and sharing Rocky’s story. Together, we can give him the second chance he deserves and show him that not all humans have forgotten him.

🐾 Meet Darla – A1280913 🐾
Darla’s story is one of resilience, survival, and hope.
This beautiful girl came out of Dallas Animal Services in heartbreaking condition. She was severely emaciated, suffering from hookworms, anemia, and required emergency medical care after leaving the shelter. Darla received IV fluids, a blood transfusion, and intensive treatment to help her recover. Despite everything she endured, she never stopped fighting.
Today, Darla is thriving and ready to find the forever family she deserves. Estimated to be 6–8 months old, she is currently being fostered in Saugerties, NY and has proven to be an absolute sweetheart.
Darla is great with kids, dogs, and cats, making her a wonderful addition to many different types of homes. She is affectionate, loving, and enjoys being around her people. Like any young dog, she will benefit from continued training, socialization, and structure as she grows into adulthood.
After everything this puppy has been through, we would love nothing more than to see her finally get the happy ending she deserves. A family, a warm bed, and a lifetime of love are all she is asking for.

Trina & Friends is currently working on a plan for Puppy Cola . This sweet puppy has been euthanasia listed for medical reasons and desperately needs a chance.

• Needs to get out of the shelter ASAP!
No puppy should lose her life because she needs medical care. Cola deserves the opportunity to receive proper diagnostics, treatment, and the chance to grow up in a loving home.
As many of you know, we currently have numerous medical dogs in our rescue, and taking on another special-needs case is a huge commitment. But when we see a puppy fighting to live, it’s impossible to turn away without trying.
