Finished up a project on a moto van welding in seat mounts and flush x-tracks to allow full use of the cargo area

Air tank was leaking costing the customer valuable time and money and a replacement was going to take too long. Used a dye penitent to locate the problem area. Drilled out each end, ground out and welded back up. Made and installed new legs for the compressor motors.

An extension was added to this trailer so they are able to put 2 SXS’s on this aluminum trailer but still be able to use the tilting bed. This extension is also removable so it can be stored away when it’s not needed

Customer tried to install a new thread insert when the cast iron tab popped off. Extra metal was added to flow even with the water pump cover blended in then threaded so it won’t happen again. Steel was left bare so the customer is able to paint the block themselves.

Threads came out with the pipe fitting so a new 1in thredolet replacement was needed on a high pressure unit.
