Next in our pasta party series: gnocchi!

Not just the little potato pillows everyone thinks they know. This dinner goes deeper: multiple expressions of gnocchi, from delicate to dense, classic to slightly unhinged.

There will be snacks. There will be rare bottles from Wine Director Drew Brady’s cellar. There will be optional wine pairings and probably at least one course that makes the whole table go silent for a second.

We’re closing out the year with two more pasta-making classes - both happening on Sunday, December 14 (11:15am & 2:30pm), and taught by our special guest,  from Cadence. 💜

The class kicks off with a warm welcome of arancini and a glass of bubbles before you roll up your sleeves for a hands-on lesson with Chef Haley. You’ll learn the techniques behind three distinct pasta shapes, picking up tips, tricks, and a few secrets along the way. The 2:30pm class also includes dinner!
