Gooood Morning 5:30 a.m. hot YOGA class at Dragon Fly!! It felt really good to be back… it’s been years and holy crap I didn’t realize how badly my body needed it!!

I thought for sure I was NOT going to even make it a day during this reboot! My stomach was grumbling away… I steady drank my water and the hunger went away… made it to 22 hours and now IM PUMPED TO FINISH OUT THE 60 hours strong!

Who needs to RESET their Metabolism or breakthrough a plateau or just simply needs a jumpstart!!

I’ll be doing another round next Sunday so I’m rolling into the Holidays strong!!

I also NEVER knew what this hype about these Stanley mugs was… I saw the price and was like absolutely not…. Well I got one for $40 bucks and they are definitely worth the hype… fit in every cup holder and 3 of these babies is a gallon of water a day!! Easy peasy way to keep your water intake on track!!

👁️👁️👁️ SERIOUSLY STARTED THIS BOOK FRIDAY NIGHT AND FINISHED THIS EVENING👁️👁️👁️

I don’t remember the last time I finished a book in a couple days!! It would have been just a day If I would have sat and just read it straight thru, but still had to carry on and sneak the reading in. Next up switching over to a completely different style book and reading Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill. 📖📖📖📚📚📚

Did some Axe throwing last night for the first time!! That was a good time! Highly recommend you check it out for something fun and new to do!! 🪓🪓

Tonight started the FABULOUS 60 HOUR REBOOT! Tomorrow marks 14 DAYS UNTIL CHRISTMAS! By the time we are two weeks into January, our first months goals will be completed instead of waiting to start January 1st💪💪🥳🥳 this is just the health side of the goals not to mention the others!!

It’s crazy to think around this same time last year Jeff finally said ok I’ll join you let’s grab our reboot and ketones…. We had been on a fricken roller coaster ride for two years (thank you Covid) we were looking to loose a few pounds or in Jeff’s words his beer/food belly.

I had drank these FABULOUS DRINKS since 2015 and done the reboots along the years and jeff just supported me!

In my saving money fashion decided I didn’t need them to save the money while COVID had our shop so unpredictable and closed down for a couple months and then so crazy busy that we stopped taking care of ourselves and let work run us and our lives…

I knew KETONES WORKED so when we were deciding what to do jeff said let’s do the KETONES I’ve watched it work for you and our friends!!

The rest is history, we’ve been drinking 1-3 KETONES (PTK’S) a day and I reboot more frequently than Jeff!
