🍓🍰 STRAWBERRY TRES LECHES CAKE

soft, creamy & bakery-style 🤤

soaked milk sponge 🥛
fresh strawberry topping 🍓

Ingredients

🌾 200 g flour
🍬 180 g sugar
🥚 4 eggs
🥛 120 ml milk
🧁 2 tsp baking powder
🌼 1 tsp vanilla extract
🧂 pinch of salt

For the Milk Mixture

🥛 250 ml evaporated milk
🥛 250 ml condensed milk
🥛 200 ml heavy cream

For the Topping

🥛 300 ml whipping cream
🍬 2 tbsp powdered sugar
🍓 250 g fresh strawberries, sliced

Procedure

Whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.

Mix in milk and vanilla.

Fold in flour, baking powder and salt.

Pour into a baking dish.

Bake at 175°C for 30–35 minutes.

Cool completely.

Whisk together evaporated milk, condensed milk and cream.

Poke holes all over the cake.

Slowly pour the milk mixture over the cake.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Whip cream with powdered sugar until fluffy.

Spread over the cake.

Top with sliced strawberries.

Slice and serve.
