Child Registry Ltd (UK) is seeking dynamic Community Engagement Leaders (CEL) to coordinate public engagement and advocacy efforts nationwide. The CEL will cultivate a sustainable organizing program to enhance the organization’s advocacy capacity and effectiveness. The CEL will recruit and develop leaders in local communities to advocate for change and betterment of their lives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to grow Child Registry membership by empowering women, teachers, students, etc.

- Help develop strategy and action plans to advance affiliate’s policy and issue campaign goals, working cross departmentally as needed.

- Coordinate rapid response as needed on the affiliate’s issue priorities.

Qualifications:

- Extensive knowledge of grassroots organizing strategies and techniques.

- Experience supervising, training, and motivating volunteers.

- Ability to work independently and to keep organized in a fast-paced environment, manage several projects simultaneously, and adjust to frequently changing demands.

- Positive up-beat attitude; team player.

- Salary will be based on your experience and performance.
