🍎🥕 Carrot Apple Cake (Easy Version)
Ingredients
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• 1½ tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp nutmeg
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup brown sugar
• ½ cup oil
• ¼ cup milk 🥛
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1½ cups grated carrots 🥕
• 1 cup grated apple 🍎
• ½ cup nuts (optional)
• ⅓ cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a pan.
2️⃣ Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. 🥣
3️⃣ In another bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla.
4️⃣ Combine wet and dry ingredients.
5️⃣ Fold in carrots, apple, and extras.
6️⃣ Pour into pan and bake 35–40 minutes.
7️⃣ Cool, slice, and enjoy! 🍰✨
Optional Frosting
• Cream cheese + butter + powdered sugar + vanilla
