Angels Crest is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cabin in the Smoky Mountains. The property sleeps 8 and has some amazing views and an awesome game room having a pool table, foosball table, and a basketball shooting thing. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I purchase this property in March of 2021 for $483k on a 10% down vacation home loan. I manage this property myself and have great team boots on the ground in the Smokies for both cleaners and handymen. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Mortgage, HOA, and Internet expenses are fixed amounts. The maintenance will shoot up in my July report as I just replaced the hot tub and costs me $6,500 for the hot tub alone plus installation fees! ​​​​​​​​

Overall, very solid numbers for the beginning of SUMMER, and will take that cash flow!​​​​​​​​!!​​​​​​​​
