This is one of my signature dishes for catering. It’s a my take on the miso-cod at nobu. I do it with Chilean bass and marinate it for 24 hours. After that it’s oven baked. It’s so flaky and buttery served with sticky coconut rice and soy-ginger vegetables. Looking forward to a busy and fruitful spring and summer with private clients.
