GoInfinity now migrated as GoInfinite Global PBC.

A Global PBC refers as Public Benefit Corporation. A public benefit corporation created by a government, also known as a statutory corporation or government owned corporations, generally provide free or subsidized services or benefits for the public.

Again we proved that, we designed to serve millions of people through our Online platform. Today we registered as Public Benefit Corporation and it shown our future intention.

Our family growing globally and can operate in multiple countries and can help people through our platform.

Thousands of people turn to our platform in times of need to support themselves, friends, and strangers. In addition to their subscriptions, subscribers may choose to leave us a voluntary contribution.

We became a Public Benefit Corporation to commit to our principles as much as our profits. We launched The Creative Independent to share resources and advice for all types of makers.

We warmly invite global independent contributors into our global community.

GoInfinity is now a Community Corporation

GoInfinity LLC is no more. We’re now GoInfinite CIC — a Community Interest Company. We’re thrilled to share this news, and we’d love to take a minute to tell you exactly what it means.

Until recently, the idea of a for-profit company pursuing social good at the expense of shareholder value had no clear protection under U.S. and UK corporate law, and certainly no mandate. Companies that believe there are more important goals than maximizing shareholder value have been at odds with the expectation that for-profit companies must exist ultimately for profit above all.

CIC, a Community Interest Company are different. Community Interest Company are for-profit companies that are obligated to consider the impact of their decisions on society, not only shareholders. Radically, positive impact on society becomes part of a Community Interest Company legally defined goals.

GoInfinite CIC is excited to join a growing list of forward-thinking organizations. While only about .01% of all American businesses have done this, we believe that can and will change in the coming years. More and more voices are rejecting business as usual, and the pursuit of profit above all.

There was not a single dissenting vote by a GoInfinite CIC shareholder to re-incorporate as a profit Corporation. We’re once again grateful for the support and partnership we’ve had from this group of friends, investors, and current and former team members. Thank you all!

From GoInfinity.Live’s inception, we’ve focused on serving individuals, organizations, creators, and subscribers to help bring creative projects to life. Our new status as a Community Interest Company hard-codes that mission at the deepest level possible to guide us, and future leaders of GoInfinity.
