Dramatic footage shows a wildlife rescue team performing a high-stakes procedure to save a Golden Retriever puppy from a massive python. The puppy had been swallowed whole just minutes prior.
Using a careful extraction technique, the ranger was able to reach down and retrieve the young dog, which miraculously survived the ordeal. Local animal experts have called the survival a one-in-a-million occurrence.
