Weekly Recap ~ New Week/New Job
I started a new full time job this week. Exciting stuff but obvs less time to bake. But I still managed to get in….
1. Some lovely cream tea scones to replenish my freezer stash. Great breakfast option when you just can’t decide what to eat or have no time to make it.
2. Rare day off means I get to also replenish my pretzel stash, make some mistakes along the way but that’s practice and bread for you, and fulfill an order of a yummy cheesy spicy bread.

When I started Homebread, I never imagined that the scones would be such a massive hit… These mini lemon scones are a customer favorite, and I have to agree. They’re delicious!! These are a great alternative to the stale Costco-style scones you can get at a coffee shop. Baked to order - a dream to freeze.
