What did you learn about food that permanently changed how you eat? What’s ONE food you stopped buying and why?

I used to find myself overlooking my own accomplishments because I would see my peers doing certain things that I see for me at some point in the future. I have learned that what is for you will be and the universe already has the plays in motion. It’s on us to do the work behind closed doors so when the opportunity presents itself you’re ready to rise to the occasion. There is no such thing as luck, it’s all about being prepared when the opportunity presents itself.
