In April, we opened our new location at 440 Lafayette Street, 4th floor (Suite 4G) Playwrights Manhattan.

Leave the “yuppie” hustle at the office and bring that Gen X energy to GenXercise. We’re turning up the volume on the ultimate throwback tracks—think Depeche Mode, Whitney, and Salt-N-Pepa—to power your cardio in the heart of the city.

No posers, no judgment, just bodacious vibes and the music that shaped us.

Had such an amazing time teaching GenXercise at BurlyCon this year!!!! Feeling inspired and rejuvenated! Now I'm back in the studio choreographing some new GenXercise! routines!!!

It's been a tough week. I can't wait to turn up the music and not focus on anything but dancing.
