I woke up with a migraine today usually I get ocular migraines, but today the pressure is intense.
As a stretching coach I am thankful I know how to help relieve the pressures of a migraine, but many people don't know what to do.
Start with hydration, drink about 20oz of water
EAT as little as you probably want to, your body needs the fuel. No need to get fancy or complicated, just eat.
Turn down the lights, shut curtains and blinds. Make the room dark.
And then stretch using this video.
Not much can be done for migraines, but allow these can help you feel stronger and move better while you wait out a migraine.
