Following yesterday's FABULOUS "Enjoying Eggplant" workshop at , I'm reminded to communicate the importance of coming down pleasurably after expansive experiences. 🧘‍♀️

🤩 Getting what we want is SO fun and exciting, especially when it's an experience we'd been anticipating or looking forward to for a while!

🎈Yet, just like a balloon, we naturally experience contraction after expansion.

🤔 In order to have the MOST fun, how can we care for ourselves in the days AFTER these experiences?

❌ Examples of unconscious/less pleasurable options for navigating this transition include fighting, injuries/accidents, and other types of conflict/friction.
