Beef Stir-Fry Noodle Bowl
Quick, savory, and loaded with fresh veggies—perfect for a weeknight dinner.

RECIPE

⏱️ Cook Time: 15 minutes
✅ Gluten option: Use rice noodles for gluten-free
🌿 Ingredients:
300g (10 oz) beef sirloin, thinly sliced
200g (7 oz) noodles (egg noodles, udon, or rice noodles)
2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 small carrot, julienned
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
2 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Optional: sesame seeds and chili flakes for garnish
🍳 Instructions:
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce. Set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry beef slices until browned but still tender. Remove beef from pan.
Add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add carrots, bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry 3–4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Return beef to the pan, add the sauce, and toss to coat evenly.
Add cooked noodles and green onions, tossing everything together for 1–2 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chili flakes if desired.

Apple & Oat Crumble (Air Fryer or Oven)
A lighter, quicker twist on the classic apple tart.

RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 medium apple, sliced
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
1 tsp honey or molasses
Instructions:
Toss the apple slices with cinnamon in a small bowl.
Sprinkle oats and chopped walnuts over the apples.
Drizzle with honey or molasses.
For Air Fryer: Cook at 350°F (180°C) for 10–12 minutes until apples are tender and oats are golden.
For Oven: Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Tip: For extra crunch, broil for the last 1–2 minutes in the oven or top with a little more oats before air frying.
