Say hello to Aneesa Nael Folds , who led our students in a musical improv workshop this past week.
When it comes to improv (especially the musical kind), Aneesa said it best: “[It] transfers to the stage. It gives us the confidence. And teaches us to be in the moment and be present. And it transfers to our lives. To listen more. To have more community. To celebrate the person next to us. To lift them up.”
