• 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix flour, corn flour, and salt.

KFC-Style Crispy Fried Chicken 🍗
Chicken Marinade
• 1 kg chicken pieces (with bone)
• 2 cups buttermilk
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp white pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• ½ tsp MSG (optional)
Seasoned Flour Mix
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ½ cup cornflour
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp white pepper
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp oregano
• ½ tsp salt
Extra
• 1 egg
• Oil for deep frying
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix buttermilk, salt, white pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and MSG.
2. Add chicken and marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
3. In another bowl, combine all flour mix ingredients well.
4. Beat 1 egg into the marinated chicken mixture.
5. Coat each chicken piece in the flour mix and press well for a crispy texture.
6. Dip lightly back into marinade, then coat again in flour mix for extra crunch.
7. Heat oil on medium flame and fry chicken for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Ingredients
For the Dough
• 2½ cups all purpose flour
• 1 tsp instant yeast
• 1 tsp sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• ¾ cup warm milk
• ¼ cup warm water
• 2 tbsp butter or oil
For Garlic Butter
• 4 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp chopped garlic
• ½ tsp chilli flakes
• 1 tsp oregano or mixed herbs
• 2 tbsp chopped coriander
• Salt to taste
Filling
• 1½ cups mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. Mix warm milk, water, sugar, and yeast. Rest for 5 minutes.
2. Add flour, salt, and butter. Knead into a soft dough.
3. Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
4. Mix all garlic butter ingredients together.
5. Roll dough into a large rectangle.
6. Spread garlic butter and cheese evenly.
7. Roll tightly and cut thick slices.
8. Place in a greased baking tray and rest for 15 minutes.
Baking Instructions

• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup hot coffee or hot water
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Frosting
• 1 cup butter
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• 4 cups icing sugar
• ½ cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Chocolate sprinkles for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 170°C and grease a rectangular sheet cake pan.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
