This class/playshop starts promptly at 3pm. Please arrive on time.

3pm - 3:30pm - QUIET TIME - Arrive quietly with your yoga mat, find a spot on the floor and ease yourself into the space. This is the perfect time to do some stretches on the yoga mat or sit in silence. (soft sound healing music will be playing)

3:30pm-4:00pm - DANCE YOUR DREAM TALKING STICK - How is each dreamer doing? We pass the talking stick for a quick check in...

4pm-4:50pm - PLAY TIME - Rosangel Perez guides you through fun laughter and movement exercises which include 2 minute Laughter Yoga Meditation.

4:50pm - WIND DOWN with a SLOW MOVING GRATITUDE MEDITATION

AFTERWARDS YOU ARE INVITED TO:
5pm-6pm - MEDITATIVE PRAYER SERVICE - follow the candles to the Sanctuary
