John "JP" Patrick is an NYC-based interior designer, professional organizer and real estate stylist. He was born in rural South Carolina, and spent his adolescence in Bridgeport, Connecticut. JP began his design career in 2003 after many years in the garment industry. He specializes in residential interiors and small space transformations. 2018 Marks a career milestone with 200 plus properties staged, all selling for full asking price or higher. JP is currently working on several projects in conjunction with real estate developers and a design television network. JP has received much recognition for his volunteer design work at the New York Foundling Hospital and is passionate about animal rights, and preserving our environment.
