Moments from the Museum's Family Day! 🤍🥹

Don't miss the upcoming Family Day on Sunday, June 7 from 11am–3pm offering ✨free✨ admission for families! Visitors are also invited to gather around for Drag Story Hour with Cholula Lemon and drop-in for hands-on puppet making.

"My practice is mostly based on a strategy of putting props into real life and using my family members or my animals as performers. By using props, I can control the scenery of my life."

In her photographic series "Mama" (2018), artist Aneta Grzeszykowska portrays her body as an uncanny double of itself. Capturing her young daughter Franciszka alongside a lifelike silicone model of her own body, Grzeszykowska creates an eerie narrative of family life, in which the child plays with and cares for a doll, which is also her mother.
