Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells

15 oz Alfredo sauce (for filling)
1½ tbsp fresh chopped parsley (divided)
1 tbsp ranch dressing mix
1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
12 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled (¾ cup cooked, divided)
3 cups freshly grated mozzarella (divided)
½ cup grated parmesan (divided)
8 oz jumbo pasta shells, cooked al dente and drained
22 oz Alfredo sauce (for topping)

Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together 15 oz Alfredo sauce, 1 tablespoon parsley, ranch mix, and black pepper.
Stir in shredded chicken, ½ cup crumbled bacon, 1½ cups mozzarella, and ¼ cup parmesan until fully combined.
Spoon 1½–2 tablespoons of filling into each cooked shell. Arrange filled shells in prepared baking dish.
Evenly spoon 22 oz Alfredo sauce over stuffed shells.
Sprinkle remaining mozzarella, parmesan, and ¼ cup bacon over the top.
Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes.
Remove foil, switch oven to broil, and broil 3–4 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly (watch closely).
