First rhubarb harvest of the year!

Though it’s been very soggy the past 3 days, we have sunshine and a light breeze today. Healing in nature is a vital part of our philosophy here at True North. People in pain get relief when we are able to remember our interconnection with the world of plants, animals, dirt, insects, and microbes.

So much of the difference we encounter between ourselves and others comes down to the fact that we cannot ever know all about them, nor can anyone else know all about us. Heck, most of myself is a mystery unfolding over time!

What a glorious morning!

Grateful for this space of peace and inspiration in the midst of all that is happening in the world.

It’s vital that we each find pockets of respite and calm so we can center ourselves, clear out the mental static, and access our heart’s desires that will lead us to our connections, communities, and purpose.
