Bridge to Enter Advanced Mathematics - BEAM

This Saturday, BEAM NY students celebrated Pi Day with a friendly competition! Our high-school and middle-school students competed to see who could recite the most digits of pi. It was no easy feat of memory, but almost twenty students rose to the challenge, reciting dozens of digits each!

Congratulations to our high school winner Guadalupe and our middle school winner Daniel, who recited over 🎉100 digits🎉 of pi! 🥳

This summer, join our team as a counselor/TA! This is an incredible opportunity to be a role model, guide, and friend to middle school students who are just beginning on their path to advanced mathematics.

Note: Counselors/TAs must be 18 or older at the start of the program. BEAM Summer Away hires nationally and provides housing and a travel stipend.
