Hey all! Tonight 7pm! If you are just hanging out at home this evening (as literally just about everyone across the world should probably be doing tonight) I highly recommend tuning into John Baker's talk about Fear and the path to Awakening. A very important and relevant topic right now for so many of us. John is an OG Buddhist teacher, also is my teacher and one of my favorite folks to listen to on meditation stuff. Usually the format is about 30 minutes of meditation followed by a talk.. This is one of the groups that I have taught at as well and I am happy to answer questions people have..
