Busy Real Estate office in Gravesend, Brooklyn is seeking a bright, motivated, and savvy admin assistant to oversee team’s daily operations. Great opportunity to grow with us to a managing position as we will be looking to hire more people.

Real Estate Office administrative assistant Job Responsibilities:
•Maintaining and growing our client database.
•Manage active and pending sales.
•Assisting Team leader/ Keep Team Leader’s calendar
•Prepare and participate in our team coaching calls and activities.
•Schedule appointments with clients
•Record sales and data.
•Setting and tracking team goals.
•Coordinate tasks with our creative team and designers.
•Perform all other office tasks as needed

Qualification:
•Excellent time management, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills.
•Detailed oriented.
•Team player mentality.
•Basic computer skills including experience in Microsoft Excel, Google calendar
•Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
•Experience in real estate is a plus.

Compensation: Mid-level position. Competitive salary based on experience and ability.
