πŸ‘€ can you spot our tasting room, Peconic Cellar Door?

New Yorkers, did you know great wine is literally in your backyard? The first winery in Long Island opened up way back in 1973! The North Fork maritime climate is ideal from grape-growing, w/ hot summers but cooling winds coming from the Atlantic. πŸ’¨

Its climate is similar to Bordeaux, so many Bordelaise varieties thrive in area, such as Cab Franc, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc. πŸ‡
