Someone came in today in a rush because his car was illegally parked outside. From the beginning, it was clear he was unsure of what he actually wanted. He asked for a light, but when asked what size he needed, he repeatedly could not provide an answer.

We calmly explained multiple times that all light purchases are final sale and cannot be returned once purchased. Despite this, he insisted that if it did not fit, he would return it anyway. The situation escalated unnecessarily, and he became extremely aggressive and unreasonable.

We do not tolerate abusive behavior or customers attempting to ignore clearly explained store policies.
