Spaghetti with Yellow Tomato Pesto
I love this fresh pesto with it's bright color - and fresh flavor! Yellow tomatoes have slightly less acidity than red ones, which makes this uncooked sauce extra sweet. You can absolutely substitute red if you don't have yellow, though. As an added bonus, I toss finely diced zucchini into this sauce, and the heat of the pasta cooks it just enough to soften it without making it mushy. Buon Appetito!

I absolutely love fruit tarts, any fruit tart; it is my favorite dessert - and this variation, using fresh, juicy summer plums is my favorite. You can also turn this dessert into a seasonal favorite every season by changing the fruit; cherries, peaches, apricots, pears and apples are only a few options.
