Our Story

LearningLeaders is a diverse and multinational group of former teachers, bankers, marketers, customer service experts, debate coaches, and friendly vagabonds who believe that everyone has the right to be heard, respected, and understood.Through creating and sharing superior communication and leadership experiences, we enable lifelong learners to create positive and sustainable impacts in their own communities.

We are China's leading debate and public speaking coaching organization, by number of participants in coaching sessions and by tournament results. LearningLeaders supports student growth through small class sizes, inspiring mentorship, and our Online LearningCenter. Long-term, we will create a virtual-reality-based communication coaching platform and two-sided marketplace connecting communication coaches and learners from all over the globe.

Learners receive extensive resources and training that enable them to compete in debate and public speaking competitions domestically and internationally. We take pride in our learners' achievements within tournaments and beyond. In 2016 and 2017 alone, debaters working with LearningLeaders coaches were selected to be on WSDC Team China and teams working with LearningLeaders won 5 out of 6 Chinese National Debate Championships. Many alumni have gone on to top U.S. boarding schools and colleges, and speak openly about the lifelong benefits of critical reasoning skills that they developed at LearningLeaders.

At LearningLeaders, we believe our work with young people creates a more understanding and informed future that is full of possibility. We are constantly pushing and re-imagining the boundaries of education to make learning available for everyone, everywhere.
