I am a NYC based Pilates instructor. I'm certified through the Kane School in both Mat and Apparatus Pilates. I teach both classes and private sessions.

I did yoga up in the clouds today. It was magical! 1,250 feet up. 102 stories high. An hour with the clouds at One World Trade Center. The classes mantra was peace amongst people, which on this site was extra meaningful. #nycbucketlisters #yoga #oneworldtradecenter #nycyoga 06/27/2024

My upper body was very happy and very sore after this series. This series is focused on Back extension, shoulder mobility and arm/upper back strengthening.
