TIME FOR WORDS TIME FOR WORDS is a collaborative network of today's teens who train to become tomorrow's philanthropists through a series of educational challenges.

TIME FOR WORDS Challenge Participant Marek Nagy ON PERSISTENCE: "A Chinese proverb says: 'The master has failed more times than the beginner has even tried.' I think some are better with talent but no one has ever achieved something without determination, persistence and hard work. Examples help us realize how important this is: many famous people have different reasons for never giving up. Mark Zuckerberg, the creator and co-founder of Facebook, was just trying various kinds of apps because he liked to write code: android music player, simple server-client chat... He tried new things until he founded his, now well-known, company while still at college. This is exactly what Anna Šišková - the renowned Slovak actress - told me in an interview: 'I was not trying to get famous. I just wanted to do what I enjoyed doing.' - 'Ja som sa nesnažila, aby som bola slávna. Chcela som robiť, čo ma baví.'"
