• Light Flour Dredge (w/ Salt & Pepper)
• Quick Dip Into Eggs
• Press our Sourdough Crunch (flavor of your choice) into the cutlets
• Spray Your Cutlets with EVOO on a wired rack
• Bake at 400 for 15-25 minutes (FYI: Internal chicken temp should be 165)
